This recipe is from the pioneer woman (who I love) and these potatoes are soooo good you will want to try them sooner rather than later.
Boiled, Smashed, and Baked Taters
Boil the potatoes until fork tender.
Put potatoes on a greased pan and individually smash them with a fork.
Coat them with olive oil or butter, and season them how ever you like.
Bake them at 375 for 20 mins.
